Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship and deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Shipping over 300AED is free. Orders under this amount are charged a flat 30 AED. However, there will be additional charge for non serviceable areas even if the order value is above 250 AED. Please check with our customer service team.
  • Shipping time depend on which Emirate you are ordering for, for Dubai deliveries arrive within 3 business days and for other Emirates deliveries arrive within 5 business days. Delivery of orders will be delayed in the occations of UAE public holidays.
  • For Furnitures and other custom made items, delivery to be confirmed with the customer service.
  • You can also collect your items from our warehouse, please allow 2 days for us to arrange and consolidate your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
  • Diafa Shop will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns on most of our items, and are able to offer either an exchange or refund considering that the item returned is in sellable condition.
  • Our return period is 5 days. Returns not in sellable condition or with accessories or manuals missing will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • For printers and other IT products, electronic goods and machines, returns will be accepted only if the package is in original condition. Returns not accepted if the package is opened, seal or warranty sticker broken or tampered
  • Note: No refunds or returns for furniture's unless the item has manufacturer defect.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  • We accept a variety of payments such as: Cash on Delivery, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard). For corporate accounts that have been verified we are also able to accept check payment and process credit accounts.

Viewing Orders

  • You can login to your account to view the orders placed, shipping tracking and other information.

Updating Account Information

  • You can update the account information by logging into the account.
